Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 tsp. (10 mL) every 12 hours. Maximum 4 tsp. (20 mL) per day.

Children Dosage:

6-11 years old: 1 tsp. (5 mL) every 12 hours. Maximum 2 tsp. (10 mL) per day.

2-5 years old: 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) every 12 hours. Maximum 1 tsp. (5 mL) per day.

Under 2 years: Please consult a doctor.

Cautions:

Talk to a doctor before using this product if you have asthma, chronic lung disease/shortness of breath, persistent/chronic cough, or are pregnant, breast-feeding, or taking a drug for depression, including monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs. Check with a doctor if cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, or tends to recur or you also have excessive secretions or fever. Do not take more than the maximum recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Store between 15 oC and 25 oC.

Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients: Dextromethorphan polistirex equivalent to 30 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide (special controlled-release formula). Non-medicinal Ingredients (alphabetically): D&C Red No. 33, disodium EDTA, flavour, menthol, parabens, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, sorbitan monooleate, sorbitol, sucralose, tragacanth gum, water, xanthan gum.
