This medicine is a corticosteroid used to reduce the itching, redness, and swelling associated with many skin conditions.

Directions:

Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Apply a small amount of medicine to the affected area. Gently rub the medicine in until it is evenly distributed. Wash your hands after applying this medicine, unless your hands are part of the treated area. DO NOT BANDAGE OR WRAP the affected area, unless directed otherwise by your doctor. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature, away from heat and light. Keep the container tightly closed. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

Cautions:

DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE longer than the time prescribed by your doctor. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE for other skin conditions at a later time. DO NOT GET THIS MEDICINE in your eyes. THIS MEDICINE MAY CAUSE worsening of some skin infections. If you notice worsening of your skin condition, check with your doctor. FOR WOMEN: IF YOU PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using this medicine during pregnancy. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED in breast milk. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are using this medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.
