How will the COVID-19 pandemic affect my order?

Are you still able to ship medication to the US?

Is my medication still safe?

All medications purchased through CanPharm are dispensed and shipped via accredited, licensed pharmacies. As a member of the Canadian International Pharmacy Association, strict protocols are followed to maintain the safety of our customers and their communities.

We are advised not to leave our homes and do not want to fax or mail a prescription, is there a way for me to email my prescription?

Yes! Prescriptions can be sent via email or uploaded to our website once your order has been submitted. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for support!

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can see the most recent status of your order by signing into your account. Once signed in, the “Current Orders” section will provide you with the most recent update on your order. As your order is confirmed and shipped you will also receive email updates to keep you informed. In addition to this, please check this page or send us an email to receive the most current information about your order.

My medication is dispensed through a third party in another country, what if they are no longer allowed to export products?

CanPharm has a vast network of pharmacies across the world – this network allows us to provide very competitive prices on many medications while also managing around regional restrictions. Should a product become unavailable from a certain supplier, we will work with other suppliers to help ensure your prescription is filled as quickly as possible.

Are you seeing a surge in demand as a result of COVID-19? Should I submit my order earlier than usual?
