How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all purchases over $100. For any order under $100 you will be charged a flat rate of only $5 per order regardless of the number of products purchased.

Please note the following exception to the point above that any orders containing Ozempic will be charged a $30 shipping fee.

Do you ship to international locations?

Currently, we ship ALL products to USA only.

Is a prescription required?

Yes, just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medications; it is required for all prescription medications in the USA. For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. We also require you to email or upload to us your original prescription.

Be sure to include your order number on the prescription.

Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

Yes. You can only purchase a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications, provided that you have a valid prescription for the supply of that medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply, we can refill your prescription as the refills become due.

Is there a maximum discount amount for coupons used on checkout?

Yes, the maximum discount amount is $200 USD when using a coupon code on checkout.

What if I find a lower price with another pharmacy?

We guarantee the lowest price on all of our prescription products. If you find your medications cheaper at any other recognized licensed mail order pharmacy, we will not only match their price, we will beat it by 25% of the difference. It is our 125% price match guarantee!

Example: If you find a product on CanPharm for $50.00 and find the same product for $40.00 at another mail order pharmacy, we will provide you with a $12.50 discount, bringing your total to $37.50.

Terms & Conditions of Program

  • Guaranteed lowest price is only valid at the time of sale.
  • We will only match the current advertised price.
  • Products must be identical and in stock at the time of placing an order with a licensed mail order pharmacy. They must be an online Canadian pharmacy with an address in Canada.
  • Products must be authentic in brand and size (same manufacturer, same country of manufacture, same pack size, same strength and same quantity).
  • Products must be new. We cannot match the price of any used, short expiry or expired product.
  • Price match can only be issued over the phone with our customer service team. Please note at this time we cannot offer price matching for the products Ozempic or Saxenda.

How long will it take to get my order?

All prescription and over-the-counter orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once the package has shipped, please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery.

What about sales tax?

No sales tax is charged.

What do you do with my personal information?

The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. In no way will we spam your email address or distribute to any companies who are associated with spamming.

What if I need to return my order?

At CanPharm.com, we are committed to your satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality products and customer service. Due to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medication. However, we handle all concerns on a case-by-case basis and stand by the quality of the products we deliver.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement product or issue a store credit to your account. We are committed to ensuring that every order meets your expectations.

Prescription Orders

As per regulatory standards, all prescription products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, unless the error is the result of a dispensing or shipping issue on our end.

How long will my credits be valid for at CanPharm?

All credits will only be valid for 6 months from date issued.

Why do the pills/packaging I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?

The medication you order can look slightly different if it is sourced outside of the U.S. However, these products have the same active ingredient(s) and work in exactly the same way. In addition, the manufacturer may change the appearance of the pills / packaging for marketing purposes or availability of components, among other reasons, depending on the country in which it is manufactured and all products sourced outside of the U.S. will list the weight and volume in Metric, but will correspond with the correct Imperial weight as per your order.
